Inclusions

  • Appointment and statutory role as Principal Certifier, overseeing compliance throughout the construction phase

  • Administration of mandatory inspections in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Regulation

  • Final inspection of completed works to confirm readiness for occupation or use

  • Verification of works against approved plans, Construction Certificate and consent conditions

  • Review and verification of all required compliance certificates and documentation, including fire safety certificates, structural certifications, work-as-executed plans and specialist reports

  • Issue of the Occupation Certificate (Interim or Final) once all statutory requirements have been satisfied

  • Clear, responsive communication with owners, builders and consultants through to project completion
