Project:The scheme involved the first use of internal fit out of the new rooftop tenancy, which was marketed for food and beverage by the Owners. This tenancy is located on the roof top of the locally listed heritage item under Schedule 5 of the Sydney LEP 2012, known as “Nelson House”. (Pre fit out photos shown. Completion due mid 2026)

Ventura Building Surveyors acted as the Certifier including assessment of the drawings against the DA conditions and Building Code, the carrying out mandatory inspections and the issuing the Construction and Occupation Certificates.
